    We have a ball doing these festivals – it is a real family event. Cornhole, Bounce House, BBQ, ice cream for all the kids, we give away bikes, balls and gift cards – it doesn’t get any better than that!

    The greatest thing about our communities is the location and settings. nicely manicured land for you, close to work and all shopping – usually just a couple of minutes – 2-3 minutes to Super Wal Mart, Starbucks, Baskin Robbins (you can tell I like ice cream!) ;)
