14×80 manufactured home, 3 large brs, 2 baths, Fireplace with Italian, Black Marble Hearth, garden tub, deck, massive 14′ Master BR, move in condition – end of the street – end lot with huge yard for flowers, garden, etc.

Oakview Commons offers Pro Volleyball, tetherball – for kids of all ages ;-) , BBQ grill, picnic table, fire pit, horseshoes, 3 plank-horse fence, school bus shelter, soda machine, 24 hr lighting, Community living, etc – I could go on and on. Oakview Commons is a must-see Community and this is a Must-See home.

Even though it was 90+ degrees with seemingly the same humidity (hottest day o the year for sure), we had a blast.  Thank you all for making this BBQ a perfect afternoon.  We love our residents!

Police Chief Gipson

Thursday, September 11th, 2008

“The OakView Commons owners are a success story in cleaning up their properties, this recently vacated property is the exception. Weeds have overrun the home.  Police Chief Jimmie Gipson, however, is confident the owners will soon have the mobile home property back in tip-top shape like the rest of the neighborhood.”

How nice of Chief Gipson to say that.   Thanks, Chief, we do our best to keep our communities nice and to keep everyone happy!  Cindy & Brad Simmons

Kind words from one of our family members

Thursday, August 21st, 2008

from Sharon Holland

I had such a great time at the cookout. renewed some old friendships. I had forgotten what wonderful friendly people that live out here. I had invited a friend and her kids from work to come out for the day. She is now our new neighbor. They love it out here. Her kids are so excited about moving here.
I can honestly say that we have found such good and supportive friends here. Always remember that good friends are hard to find. So keep in touch with your friends and neighbors. They are there when you need them I have some of the best neighbors and friends right here in Oakview Commons.

How sweet of you to say that Sharon.  Yes, we do have good people in our Community now. I was just telling one of my buddies, what a turn around from 5 yrs ago.

I can’t wait for the Fall fest! all our Best, Brad, Cindy, Hunter and Landon
